1.Harvesting
Our skilled farmers hand-select and manually harvest bamboo that is over three years old.
2.Cleaning
Clean the bamboo in iron drums for one hour to ensure it is completely spotless.
3.Drying
Cleaned bamboo is sun-dried for 10-20 days to reduce moisture below 17%.
4.Cutting
Once dried, the bamboo is cut into custom lengths based on your needs.
5.Measuring
Measure the diameters to ensure the top is between 12-14mm and the bottom is at least 7mm, with a maximum variance of 40%.
6.Quality Control & Packaging
We remove bamboo that is short, curved, or damaged. The good quality bamboo is packed according to your requirements.
7.Certification
Bamboo will then go through fumigation and inspection. After inspection, government certificates are obtained for export.
